Order Cancellation by Muse
In certain unavoidable circumstances, an order placed by you may be cancelled by us due to the certain reasons such as, limitations on quantity available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product pricing information, courier issues, Issues regarding probable fraud being identified by our department, and discovery of defect in quality of the product purchased. In such an event the company shall not be liable for refusing or cancelling the order for any reason. Upon cancellation of the order, you will be contacted, and the order will try to be re-instated after resolution of any issue. If not, then the amount paid will be reversed to the extent of the cancelled order within 15 working days, along with any vouchers used in such order.
Received A Damaged Piece?
Upon receipt of the damaged piece and verification of the same by our QC department, we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. In the event you return any item which was delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, all shipping charges for return as well as replacement will be borne by musethestore.com within 15 days from delivery.
All costs of re-shipment and handling, in case of the customer not being present to take delivery after the Courier Company has tried to re-deliver the same for a stipulated number of times, will be borne by the customer.
Returns, Exchange Policy, Repair & Resizing
A jewellery piece can be returned either for Buy Back or for repair or Exchange subject to the following conditions:
- If returned for any reason within 15 days, the customer gets a 100% refund, provided the piece is returned with the original invoice, certificate, tags and packaging. The return shipping charges will be borne by us.
- If returned after 15 days with the original invoice, certificate and packaging, the Customer will get a refund of 80% of the Value of the piece, calculated at the prevailing Gold rate.
Other Terms and Conditions

For Returns within 15 Days, all items must be returned in their original condition as unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.

No piece, damaged or altered, by a Jeweller other than us, will be accepted by the company.

No engraved or customised piece will be accepted for return.

The returning piece must be accompanied by the Original Invoice, Certificate and/or Guarantee Card, and Tag and in its original packaging. Items returned without any one of these documents, will be subject to a 15% revaluation fee.

For items being returned after 15 days for Buy -back/Exchange/ Repair/Resizing, it will be sent to our factory for quality check (QC), and accordingly charges would be determined by the company on case to case basis and will be processed within 15 working days and will have to be borne by the Customer & returned to the Customer by the same mode as that of the original transaction. Deductions made by the company are towards levies, taxes, wear and tears, etc.

Disputes, if any, will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.

All requests for return of products will need to be intimated to us in advance via email at cs@musestore.in. Upon placing the request, Musethestore.in will send you a tamper-proof package that will have to be used for return of your item. Once the package is ready please inform us and we will send the courier for pick up at your place.

Any product(s) can be exchanged only once.

Refunds
All refunds will be made by Musethestore.com within 15 working days of receipt of the returned piece, in the following manner:

Credit card: The credit card account of the Customer will be re-credited with the refund amount by the company. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card. The company will not be responsible for any delays caused by the Cardholders issuing Bank; or

Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Musethestore.com based on the Bank details provides by you; or

Cash or demand draft: If the Customer has made an over the counter purchase by paying via cash or demand draft, Musethestore.com shall pay the refund amount to the Customer through a demand draft.
For payments by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback or recover your payment or any other losses from us. Further, you agree that, for the purposes of any applicable credit card scheme rules, by completing your booking and remitting payment to the relevant Service Provider(s), Musethestore.com has discharged in full its responsibilities to you. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby waive the right to seek any chargeback against us with respect to any such payment and you agree that these Terms and Conditions may be used by us to resist any chargeback you seek to make against us.
