Return, Repair & Exchange Policy

At Muse, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product or have received the wrong or defective one, we've designed an easy and convenient return / exchange system for you:


We're happy to offer you a free exchange or full refund provided you inform us and return the item within 7 days from the date you received the item. Please note: Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

The above policy does not include returns / refunds for products bought with a coupon, promotion, offers, giveaways at the time of purchase. Only exchange is possible if the size is incorrect.

Ensure you have proof of purchase, original tags, intact packaging, and the original certificate (mandatory). In case you cannot produce the certificate Muse will send the jewellery to the lab for recertification - the cost of which will be borne by you.

Ensure there are no signs of damage or wear on the products. The selected process will be only successful after the product is received, reviewed & passed by our Quality Assurance team.

Muse shall not bear responsibility for any items lost or stolen after you have confirmed its receipt from the courier service.


Your purchase is eligible for exchange only. The following are the conditions:

An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email OR

If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging. If your purchase meets our criteria stated above, please contact us on or +918828265444 within 3 days from the date you received them.
Our products are crafted with the utmost care and undergo complete quality checks before they reach you. But sometimes due to human error we may have missed out on a defect or it may be damaged in shipping, or we may have just shipped you the wrong piece. You can initiate the return process by contacting us at or +918828265444.

You will need to immediately send us a snapshot of the defective/damaged item, along with the proof of purchase, not later than 3 days after receipt.

Once our Quality Assurance Team, inspects the piece and is satisfied that it requires replacement, we will intimate you and you can then ship the product back to us. For complaints received after 3 days we will not be in a position to entertain your request. If your product requires minor repair, we will fix it for you free of cost. Shipping to-and-fro will be borne by us.
Of course, we will be only too happy to accommodate such requests as we stand by our products and are confident of their workmanship. You first need to contact us at or +918828265444 and send us a request, along with a snapshot of the damaged item and proof of purchase.

Once our Quality Assurance Team inspects the piece and is satisfied that it can be repaired, we will intimate you and you can then ship the product back to us. We will make all attempts to fix it, to the best of our ability, and ship it back to you. Please note: This is not applicable for Home & Gifting items.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to give any guarantees on this. All shipping back and forth, will be borne by you.
To make your return and exchange completely seamless, our team is happy to guide you through the process:

1. Initiate your request via email at or call us on +918828265444 early enough to enable a return within 7 days (for jewellery) and within 3 days (for home & gifting) from the date of delivery.

2. Please share the following details: order number, full address, reason for the exchange / refund.

3. You will need to send us a snapshot of the item you are returning, along with the proof of purchase, at the time of making a request for return/exchange.

4. We will then instruct the courier team to pick up the item from your given address.

5. Ensure the product is returned in the original Muse tamper-proof packaging, along with the original invoice, certification and/or other necessary documents.

6. The refund / exchange process will be initiated only when the product has been received, reviewed & passed by our Quality Assurance team.

7. If the product passes Quality inspection, you will receive a full refund or exchange within 15-20 days of our receipt.

8. If the exchanged value is higher than the value of the previously purchased product, you will have to pay the difference between the amount paid towards the old product and the new product you choose in exchange.

9. If the exchanged value is lower than the value of the previously purchased product, the difference will be awarded as a Muse credit note for future purchases.
Yes! We can resize your jewellery piece within 7 days from purchase, and this is complimentary in case of a smaller size. If you require a bigger size, the additional charges will be communicated to you once you register your request with us by email at or by calling +918828265444.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Muse product, so if you want to exchange a gift, please reach out to us at +918828265444 or via email at Unfortunately, refunds do not apply on gifts but a credit note can be awarded against the gift amount for future purchases, and all our credit notes offer a one year validity.
Personalized pieces have been crafted especially for you so, unfortunately, they cannot be returned or exchanged. 
For online payments, the refund will be credited to the credit/debit card.
In the case of a cash purchase, the amount will be credited via bank transfer.
This is valid only for jewellery items. Muse provides you a lifetime exchange and buyback policy. If you wish to do so, you will get a credit note of 80% of the value of the item, calculated at the prevailing rate. You can redeem this credit with Muse within 6 months from the date you received the credit.
For items returned/exchanged by you within 7 days of receipt, within India, your shipping expenses are on us!
For items sent for repairs, the shipping to-and-fro, us will be borne by you.
